You made it here! Perhaps you were drawn to me because you need help for your young adult at home. Perhaps you were drawn to me because you are looking to overcome obstacles to your well-being, process difficult life transitions, or feel like your thoughts are harsher than they need to be.
I serve to create an emotionally safe space where highly sensitive adolescents and adults can feel seen, understood, and accepted for who they are. I recognize sensitivity as a strength, though it helps to learn how to balance the intensity that can come from feeling “too much”. My work is culturally sensitive, neurodivergent-affirming, and open minded. Therapy is not one size fits all, and every client that comes to me is treated as such.

I aim to incorporating the holistic and spiritual experience of being human, along with the skills and tools to help you access your inner self.
I believe that we all have inner children that need to be held, listened to, and nurtured. In therapy, we will discuss what is happening and what has happened to that inner child, no matter what your biological age is now.
I am mindful of the ways systemic, environmental, and cultural factors impact our sense of identity, mentality, and experiences. In therapy, I will offer reflections to this to help you process and understand how these influences connect to our work together.
Therapy is not one-size fits all. I aim to know you as the unique individual that you are.
And yes-I’m into astrology and can use tarot in sessions-if you’re into that.

Therapy:
60 min Intake Session: $160
55min Counseling Sessions (Individual/Family): $160
Coaching:
60 minute Discovery Session: $200
$140 for follow-up 45min sessions
Accepting a limited amount of sliding scale clients, whose payment rate will be evaluated based on income. Therapy shouldn’t be a luxury. Reach out to see if there is availability.
